- The serial number must have the following format: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.
You should type the serial number with the hyphens and with no spaces.
- Valid products are: Global Bundle, Analog Bundle, EverPack RTAS, EverPack,
DSPider, ReDSPider and SynthSpider.
- The product has been registered with DUY and it's an end user's copy.
- If you are a store or reseller, you should know this service doesn't lookup NFR copies.
