    Please note that versions market with a "*" sign (5 products at the bottom of the chart) correspond to products which have been sold individually, or whose licenses have been delivered as individual products to your ilok.com account. For example, if you have EverPack as ONE license on ilok.com, you shouldn't look at the versions of the individual plug-ins that form the bundle (Valve, Tape, Shape, Wide). You should be checking the version under the "EverPack" product name at the top of the chart. If you have 4 individual licenses on ilok.com for the products contained in the EverPack license (one for each product: Valve, Tape, Shape, Wide), then you should look at the versions marked with a "*" sign.

    Support

    The new Support Ticketing system launched today improves our Support and allows for an easy tracking of all support issues. We will also be launching soon a more complete Support website with a growing Knowledgebase. Visit the new Support Center at www.duysupport.com.


    OSX & Windows 7 compatibility
    July 2010


    The RTAS, AU & TDM versions for Mac are compatible with Mac OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard). All Mac OSX versions quoted in this list include full Intel compatibility for Apple Macintosh computers, both for TDM and native systems (RTAS, Audio Units, VST & MAS/MOTU), as well as iLok support.

    Windows RTAS plug-ins are compatible with the new Windows 7 and the older Windows Vista (32 bit versions). Compatibility for 64-bit currently under test.

    All Windows and Mac software is authorized on iLok. Native versions for RTAS (Mac/Win), AU, VST (Mac) and MAS can be optionally authorized with hard disk authorization.

    Windows XP: All native products except for DUY Silence and DUY31. TDM products available except for DUY31.
