Buying at DUYSTORE.COM
If you would like to start using DUY software within hours from purchasing your copy, you can apply for the "20% off retail price" discount. All plug-ins sold through www.duystore.com are online downloads, and already include this price during the eligible period of this offer. No boxed versions are shipped, but you can obtain the link to the software and your authorization online (iLok for all products.
This is the process you must follow to buy from DUYstore.com:
Go to www.duystore.com
Add your products to the cart. (Please note that although you will see a TAX value, this will NOT be charged unless you are a European individual without a EU tax number -- therefore, purchases in Japan, the US, etc... are free of tax at the store.) Click on the "Checkout" link.
Enter your email address and press the "Proceed" button. If you have bought DUY products from DUYstore.com before, you'll need to enter the Customer Code. If you don't know it, use the field at the bottom of the page to receive your customer code by email.
You are now at Step 2 of the Checkout. Please follow this step very carefully and don't click on the PROCEED button until you've filled in ALL the 4 fields in this page! First, enter your country, and leave "same as billing" as the delivery destination. Type in your zip code. Now you can click the "Proceed" button. Step 3: If you're in Europe and you have a European VAT Number, you will now be given the chance to enter it. If you don't, or if you're outside Europe, click "Proceed".
Step 4: You must now enter some extra billing details. Make sure that the total price is correct, and then click "Proceed". You are now at DUYstore.com's secure WorldPay Gateway payment server. Choose your credit card and complete the required details.

You can apply for the "20% off retail price" discount also at a DUY/Digidesign dealer. Ask your dealer to place an order with us. We will reply with your serial number and link to download the software. This 20% discount is only valid for online downloads. Therefore, although you'll be buying the software at your local store, it will all be done online, and you will not receive a box (just as you would do through www.duystore.com). Please make sure your dealer specifies the type of product you want: whether it's the boxed or the downloadable version, as the boxed version will not apply for this offer.
